| Abstract: | Mold sprue of injection molded parts weld line's influence is clear to everyone,the harm is obvious.This paper plastics weld line formation principle,to mold sprue quantity,gate location,mold sprue form,gate dimensions etc make to weld line influence is elaborated,to mold sprue to weld line prevent and choose to be introduced.Its aim is to prevent sprue source of plastic parts,the influence of weld line,try to control weld line formation. |
