基于GA和SolidWorks的斜齿轮参数优化与建模

摘    要:介绍了一种基于遗传算法的斜齿轮参数优化方法,利用VB语言在SolidWorks环境下实现斜齿轮的参数优化及参数化设计,可针对斜齿轮实际工况条件快速建立优化模型,同时结合数据库技术实现相关参数的自动选择,节约优化建模时间。

Abstract:The paper describes a method of parameter optimization for helical gear based on genetic algorithm.The program interface,established under the environment of SolidWorks using VB language,can realize the parameter optimization and parametric design for helical gear automatically and rapidly according to the specifical conditions.The database technology is also used to the automatic selection of relevant parameters which can save lots of time and efforts for optimized modeling.
