| 摘 要： | 实施人才培养模式改革是当今高等教育改革的趋势和潮流。以地方本科院校机械类专业为对象，阐述其人才培养方案制定的理念与原则，并以我院人才培养模式改革的探索与实践为例，提出制定人才培养方案的程序和优化的策略。

| Abstract: | Implementing reform of talent cultivation mode is the trend of present high education reform. In this paper, we take local applied colleges as study object. The idea and principle of formulating talent training scheme are expounded. Moreover, we introduce our exploring and practicing of our reform of ＂211＂ talent training mode. The formulating procedure of talent training scheme and the optimization strategy are presented. |
