后混合水射流喷丸强化装置设计

摘    要:以后混合高压水射流技术为基础,结合传统喷丸强化工艺,设计了可实现喷丸全覆盖率的四轴三联动喷头运动式龙门结构的后混合水射流喷丸强化装置,并首次设计了提高受喷零部件定位精度的激光工件定位装置。为后混合水射流喷丸强化技术的深入研究及工业推广奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on the rear-mixed high pressure water jet technology,the paper combines traditional shot peening process,designs the rear-mixed water jet shot peening equipment with gantry structure of four shaft three linkage and movement sprinkler head,which can realize full coverage.The workpiece positioning device of laser parts which can improve the positioning accuracy of peened parts is designed.The research lays a foundation for rear-mixed water jet shot peening technology research and industry promotion.
