汽车驱动桥附件组焊工装夹具设计

摘    要:针对目前国内采用的汽车驱动桥附件工装夹具在焊接过程中出现的无法翻转、无法快速定位、无法移动等缺陷,通过对传统的车桥附件工装夹具进行机构创新设计及改造,使改造后的工装夹具机构可以实现分度翻转,快速地移动和定位。通过设计安装一些简单、可行的机构,对其采用PLC控制,来实现工装夹具机构自动分度翻转、自动往返运动,同时还能使附件夹具停止工作后回到一个给定的初始位置。

Abstract:According to the use of the annex to drive axle fixture in the welding fixture of the process can not be flip,can not be fast positioning and can not be moved Etc..Through the traditional fixture Axle Annex innovative design agency and transformation,so that after the transformation can be achieved fixture sub-degree flip,fast moving and positioning.through the design of the installation of a number of simple,viable institutions,its use of PLC control,to achieve automatic fixture body sub-degree flip automatically from the campaign,while Annex fixture stop working after the return to a given set the initial position.
