变速箱在线试验台技术研究应用

文中主要介绍了变速箱在线试验台的组成及技术实现。该在线试验系统作为变速箱装配线的最后一道工序，通过模拟变速箱运行状况对变速箱进行加载，并以阶次分析为核心，实现对转速、转矩及振动信号等实时数据的采集、处理、显示和存储，并进行故障诊断。该系统可以实现对变速箱综合性能的检测，保障变速箱质量。

Research and Application on the Technology of Transmission on-line Test-bed

This paper introduces the constitution and technique realization of the transmission on-line test-bed. The examination system is the last procedure of the assembly line for the main redueer assembly. Transmission is loaded by stimulating the operating situation ,and order analysis is the core of the system. The system can examine general performance of several kinds of main reducer assemblies by real time acquisition, processing, display and store of rev, torque and signal of vibration datum,and it can conduct fault diagnosis. The system can give an evaluation on the performance of the production , and guarantee transmission＇s quality.
