| 摘 要： | 简要介绍约束理论(Theory of Constraints,TOC),以某企业TC车间为例,根据TOC的具体思路,结合秒表时间研究、人机图和工艺改善等工业工程技术,发现瓶颈制约因素,并对瓶颈制约因素进行分析与改善,最终打破瓶颈,提高了有效产出.
