摘    要:深孔钻削中的孔轴线偏斜问题是目前仍存在的一个技术难题,为控制孔轴线的偏斜,提高孔轴线的直线度精度,降低废品率,研究了深孔钻削中孔轴线偏斜的机理,研究表明合理选择切削方式和刀具几何参数,努力提高钻杆刚度、导向套精度和被加工工件的质量,都能有效地控制钻头在钻孔加工中的走偏,提高深孔零件的几何精度和加工质量.

Abstract:Axial deviation is an urgent technical problem at present when drilling deep holes.In order to control axial deviation,improve its straight accuracy,and reduce its reject rate,has studied the mechanism of axial deviation in deep-hole drilling.The research shows that it is very effective in controlling axial deviation in deep-hole drilling and improving deep-hole parts' geometric precision and machining quality by choosing proper cutting methods,selecting optimum tool geometry,enhancing its stiffness of dril...
