| Abstract: | From the experiences of Europe-American developed countries, the best financing channel for high-tech enterprises to obtain long development is venture capital. But small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises encountered tremendous challenge in attracting venture capital process. The main research topic in this paper is how to gain venture capital＇ s favor in the fierce market competition for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises. |
