| 摘 要： | 针对中小企业和科研单位的创新产品研究及小批量产品加工的应用要求,提出一种小型真空注型机的设计方案.在分析真空注型工艺的基础上,建立了真空注型机的功能模型;通过功能-结构的映射关系,构建其结构模型;利用形态综合法对子功能进行求解,从而获取真空注型机的功能结构树;最后,通过物理样机的制造,验证了结构设计的正确性和合理性.
