| 摘 要： | 现代数控技术已成为机械制造业实现自动化、柔性化、集成化生产的基础技术。而数控技术人才的严重短缺已成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。高等院校作为高技能人才培养的中坚力量，要理论与实践并重，应用与创新齐抓，注重综合能力的培养，重在培养具有创新意识的应用型人才。
