摘    要:利用可编程序控制器S7-200作为主控制器,配合液压站实现了对带式输送机制动器的控制。可以实现工作制动、安全制动和紧急制动等功能。独特的液压设计使得系统在断电情况下也能具有很高的安全性,实践证明,这是一种简便可靠,经济实用的控制系统。

Abstract:Using Programmable logic controller S7-200 as main controller, cooperated with hydraulic pressure station, the belt conveyor breaker is controlled. The service braking, safety braking and emergency braking is achieved by the system. The unique hydraulic design made the system possess high security under the situation of interruption of power supply. The practice proves that it is a brief, dependable, and economic control system.
