局域网络环境下桥式起重机参数化协同设计平台的研究

摘    要:针对传统起重机桥架重复设计严重的问题,引入了协同设计平台,并将"并行设计"和"串行设计"相结合,依托SQL Server2000数据库、SolidWorks三维软件与PDM系统,构建桥式起重机协同设计的自适应体系.服务器与客户端之间通过局域网络进行信息交互,可对产品设计进行实时控制.采用整体控制局部的模块化变型设计方法,各部件相关联的尺寸通过参数传递、继承可自动获得,使得设计人员技术交流方式多样化,实现了各部件的并行设计,极大地缩短了桥式起重机的研发周期,提高了企业的核心竞争力.
