摘    要:对截面形状为U型,采用钣金冲压件并用点焊连接构成的车架纵梁开裂原因进行了分析,认为这种由点焊连接的形式构成的纵梁沿其长度方向在有无焊点的各截面存在抗扭模镀不连续,且差异巨大,从而在点焊处出现较大的应力造成车架的开裂,进而提出相应的结构修改措施.

Abstract:Focused on the cracking reason of the rail of mini-truck's frame,which constituted by the stamping with U-section.The rail connected the cover with spot welding,which caused the torsional modulus of rail discontinuity along the length,and the huge difference,that caused high stress on spot-weld location when the rail sustained load,which lead to rail cracking.Measures was proposed to improve the frame structure at the end.
