| 摘 要： | 本文通过对近几年上海高层住宅采暖、空调、热水以及围护结构等状况的调查,探讨了目前上海高层住宅能耗的特点和节能潜力。另外,从太阳能热水利用和外围护结构热工设计的现状出发,考察了上海居民对太阳能利用的认识程度和满意度,提出了高层住宅太阳能利用和外围护结构热工设计存在的问题,讨论了高层住宅利用太阳能的可操作性。
