腐蚀环境下疲劳裂纹扩展速率自动测量技术研究

摘    要:进行了腐蚀环境下航空材料裂纹扩展的自动测量技术研究.设计制作了腐蚀气体环境下适用于柔度法的中心裂纹M(T)试样及相应的腐蚀环境循环装置.通过和目测法的大量试验比较,证明了所用柔度系数的正确性,并在此基础上,建立了腐蚀环境下疲劳裂纹扩展速率试验中裂纹长度的自动检测技术.

Abstract:Crack length measurement technique,which used for aeronautical materials under corrosive environment,has been studied in this paper.The Middle-Tension specimen and the corrosive gas cyclic apparatus have been designed and made fitted for automatic measurement using compliance method.The obtained compliance coefficients are proved to be correct by amounts of experimental data in comparison with eye-measurement method.On the basis of this,an automatic measurement technique of fatigue crack length in fatigue crack growth rate test under corrosive environment is established.
