镍-铬基自润滑复合材料的制备及性能

摘    要:利用粉末冶金法制备出了组织均匀、致密的镍-铬基自润滑复合材料,对其组织和性能进行了研究.结果表明:室温下,当MoS2和LaF3的质量分数分别为20%和5%时,复合材料的摩擦磨损性能最好,即协同效应最优;摩擦因数随着载荷的增大而降低,随着转速的增大先降低后增大.摩擦过程中下,其减摩机理是复合材料表面MoS2膜的连续生成和对偶面上形成的转移膜.适量LaF3的加入,有助于提高复合材料的耐磨性.

Abstract:Ni-Cr based self-lubricating composite with uniform and compact structure was prepared by powder metallurgy method.The triobological properties of the composite were investigated using an MS-T3000 friction and wear tester at ambient temperature in air.When mass contents of MoS_2 and LaF_3 were 20% and 5% respectively, the composite bad good triobological properties,the synergistic effect was the best.On the effect of friction,two MoS_2-films showed the mechanism of antifriction,a thin film generated on the contact zone of composite and the transfer film was on its conterface.Addition of an appropriate amount of LaF_3 helped to improve the composite's wear property.
