ZRBF棒条筛力学模型的建立及动特性研究

摘    要:基于ZRBF棒条筛用橡胶弹簧特性的测定实验及数据分析,结合该筛的结构特点,建立ZRBF棒条筛筛体的3个自由度的振动微分方程,计算了固有频率和强迫振动稳态解,并通过实验验证了该理论模型的正确性,为进一步研究ZRBF棒条筛振动特性打下了坚实的基础.

Abstract:Based on measurement experiment and data analysis on rubber spring of ZRBF vibrating screen,combining its framework,the differential equations of ZRBF vibrating screen's three-freedom vibration system were estaldished.The inherent frequency and steady result of forced vibration were firstly calculated then proved by experiments.This work establishes a solid foundation for further studying the vibrating character of ZRBF vibrating screen.
