| Abstract: | Enterprise-reforming is the inevitable result of the development of market economy, by means of which the social capital investment goes to one single enterprise. It helps cultivate the high technology and enhance the competitive ability of the newly formed group. Enterprise reforming, according to its different goals, can adopt accordingly relevant reforming strategy or strategies with regard to some hence-arising problems. |
