摘    要:动植物油中的碘值是测定油脂不饱和程度最常用的方法,因此,动植物油碘值的检测数据准确性就显得尤其重要。碘值越高,表明不饱和脂肪酸的含量越多。以美国大杏仁为例,对影响杏仁油碘值的因素进行了分析及总结,以确保其检测结果的准确性。

Abstract:Iodine value is the most commonly used method to determine the degree of unsaturated fat in animal and vegetable fats and oils, therefore the accuracy of the data becomes particularly important. The higher the iodine value, the higher the content of unsaturated fatty acids. Take U.S. almonds for example, the affecting factors on almond iodine oil were analyzed and summarized in order to ensure the accuracy of test results.
