超细粉的分散及粒度分布测量研究

摘    要:利用 FS-Ⅰ,T-100做分散剂,无水乙醇做连续相溶液建立分散体系,分別对超细磁性羰基 Fe 粉和激光制 SiC、Si_3N_4超细粉进行分散。在 TEM 下观察,羰基 Fe 粉分散度高于70%,SiC 粉高于80%,Si_3N_4粉高于95%。经照相记录和采用 CSR-40图像分析系统进行粒度统计,得到三种粉的粒度对数正态分布。羰基 Fe 粉粒度分布12—70nm,SiC 粉粒度分布20—110nm,Si_3N_4粉粒度分布2.5—26nm。讨论了不同分散剂和分散测量方法对分散程度的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,the dispersion methods for ultrafine(<100nm)magneticcarbonyl iron powder and non-magnetic ceramic SiC,Si_3N_4 particles have been successfullystudied.The suitable dispersing agent and processing technique were discussed.Based on acomprehensive analysis by analytical electron microscopy,the size distributions of these threekinds of particles were measured by means of the TEM pictures and an image processingsystem.
