This article has explored our consideration and analysis of the current ways and methods of innovating political and ideological work based on the work object itself, according to the developing and creative theory of ideological and political work since the reform and opening-up, with the necessity that the political and ideological operators from state-owned enterprise need to strengthen their understanding and acknowledgement of the classical theory of the Chinese Communist Party and modem professional knowledge to improve the work quality.
