| 摘 要： | 对瓶用基片端羧基波动的原因进行了分析。通过稳定浆料量比,提高酯化釜料位,观察温度、电流和端羧基的变化关系,实现端羧基的在线显示,确保瓶用基片端羧基的稳定性。

| Abstract: | The reasons for the carboxyl end group fluctuation of bottle grade PET base chips were analysed.By stabilizing the material amount ratio,enhancing the material level in esterification autoclave,observing the relation between temperature,electric current and carboxyl end group change,the online display of carboxyl end group was realized.The stability of the bottle grade base chip carboxyl end group was guaranteed. |
