摘    要:以VisualC++6·0为编程工具,SQLServer2000为数据库平台,SolidWorks2001为三维实体建模软件,开发和探讨了面向对象的可转位球头立铣刀三维参数化CAD系统。该系统可根据使用要求计算出刀体上刀片槽的空间位置与刀片的几何参数并输出可转位球头立铣刀的三维装配图及各零部件的三维实体图。

Abstract:An object-oriented 3D parameterized CAD system for ball-nose end mills with indexable inserts is studied and developed by using Visual C++6.0 as the programming tool, SQL Serve2000 as the database platform and Solidworks 2001 as 3D solid modeling software. With the help of this CAD system, the pocket position on the tool body in 3D space and the geometric parameters of the inserts can be obtained according to the requirements of the user. All of the assembled solid images and the solid images for the components of the mills can be created and printed out.
