| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了以PLC和工控机为基础的汽车油箱气密性检测系统的设计．在检测中引入了二次充气法来减少检测时间，详细介绍了二次充气法的原理；上位机使用OPC技术与工厂信息管理系统进行数据交换，实现汽车生产线信息管理的自动化。
