模糊PID控制技术在排水控制系统中的应用

摘    要:针对水泵变频调速排水系统具有非线性、大时滞的特点,设计了一种模糊PID控制器,包括模糊控制策略的设计思想。该控制器能够根据不同的工况条件选出合适的控制参数,对水仓中的水位调节进行有效控制。仿真结果和实际应用表明,采用模糊PID控制器后,控制系统的响应速度加快,超调量减小,过渡过程时间大大缩短,振荡次数少,具有较强的适应性和良好的稳定性。

Abstract:Aiming at characteristics of VVVF water drainage control system such as nonlinear,long time delay etc.,a parameter self-adaptive fuzzy-PID controller is designed by using of fuzzy logical rules,include design of fuzzy controller.The controller can select proper parameters to adjust water level effectively according to different working conditions.Simulation result and field application show that after fuzzy-PID controller being used,control system response speed quickened,over regulation measurement greatly reduced,transitional time shortened,fluctuation time decreased and control system have strong adaptability and good stability.
