固相缩聚生产中变频器节能的原理和应用

摘    要:介绍了变频器的原理和结构。说明了变频器的节能原理。对变频器应用于固相缩聚系统风机设备的负荷特性进行了分析。以固相缩聚生产中预结晶系统为例,说明变频器的节能应用。指出采用变频拖动的方式替代原来的软启动方式,是一种理想的调速控制方式。提高了设备效率,节能降耗,操作方便,经济效益十分明显。
