摘    要:本文介绍了基于C8051F206单片机的汽车制动踏板力及行程检测仪的设计方案,给出了硬件线路结构图及软件程序框图。本系统采用单片机技术,配以多个传感器,能快速检测出机动车离合器液压制动器踏板行程以及制动踏板力和手刹制动操纵力。采用液晶显示器,整个系统采用菜单提示选择和人机对话方式,实时显示实测值和峰值。标准RS232接口,多种通讯协议,方便与主控机灵活构成联机测试系统。该仪器具有成本低、可靠性高、实用性强等特点。

Abstract:This paper introduces a design scheme of a Monitor for Automobile Braking Force of Pedal based on single- chip computer C8051F206, The hardware structure and software program diagram was also studied. This system combines single- chip computer with multi sensor. It can measure parameters of automobile braking force of pedal and hand braking force quickly. The system was driven with menu to select and person- computer interlocutory way by LCD. The measured data and maxima data was displayed on real time. It also has the communication function by RS232, for the convenience of management by PC, realizes networking management. It has the characteristics of low costs, high accuracy, high stability and high practicability.
