摘    要:当推程、回程运动角之和φ+φ′=m(定值)时,根据凸轮机构压力角约束条件,针对直动推杆盘形凸轮机构的一般形式即偏置式,探讨了满足最优分配optimum{φ,φ′}的最小基圆半径rmin的求解方法,并以实例验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:When the sum of the work travel angle and return travel angle φ+φ′=constant,according to the pressure-angle constraint of cam mechanism, for the general situation of the disc cam mechanism with translating follower,the method for solving the optimum match of work travel angle and return travel angle{φ,φ′} which will make the base circle radius minimal has been discussed. The correctness of the method is verified by practical examples.
