| 摘 要： | 在实验室建设过程中，应按学校实验室发展总体规划，分批次有重点地建设；在硬件建设的同时，还应抓好实验人员队伍建设和实验室环境建设；在制定计划和实验室建设时，应充分利用社会资源；利用实验室建设的机会，锻炼和提高实验室工作人员的业务水平。

| Abstract: | In constructing laboratory,colleges should depend on the laboratory development plan,pitch the more important project and finish the work gradually.As the hardware,the construction of the laboratory assistant troop and the environment should be paid more attention.When constituting the plan on equipment purchases and laboratory construction,the society resource should be best utilized.Make the most use of the opportunity to take exercise and cultivate the operation level of laboratory assistant. |
