高强度锚杆冲击吸收功与失效应变关系的数值仿真研究

摘    要:采用LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,以实验室金属夏比冲击试验的实际情况为依据,仿真模拟了金属夏比冲击试验,通过选择合理的网格尺寸、准确的材料模型和边界条件,使模拟结果真实、可靠。通过模拟屈服强度相同时不同失效应变对应的冲击吸收功值,得出了屈服强度为500MPa,600MPa的锚杆钢材失效应变与冲击吸收功的线性关系式,通过反推法得出屈服强度为500MPa,600MPa的锚杆钢材特定冲击吸收功下失效应变的值,为今后不同冲击吸收功的高强度锚杆在动载荷下受力与变形的仿真研究提供了依据。

Abstract:Metal Charpy impact was simulated by LS-DYNA numerical simulation software on the basis of experimental metal Charpy impact.Rational mesh,correct material model and boundary condition made simulation result real and reliable.Simulation results provided linear relationship equations of failure strain and burst absorbed power of steel whose yield strength were 500 and 600MPa and failure strain values of steel with some impact absorbed power were obtained.This provided reference for stress and deformation simulation research of anchored bolts with different impact absorbed powers under dynamic load.
