| 摘 要： | 以亚洲第一艘深水铺管起重工程作业船"海洋石油201"改造为例,借鉴大型整体项目管理的基本理念,总结出了基于在建项目的改造项目管理的特点,形成了比较系统的基于在建项目的改造项目管理方法。实践证明,该方法对于加快同类型世界级先进深水铺管起重船的设计、建造和进一步推动我国南海深水油气田开发均具有借鉴意义。
