摘    要:研究了16Mn钢轧后会冷却工艺对贝氏体组织与性能影响,结果表明,采取适当的控冷工艺所得到细化铁素体和粒状贝氏体组织,可使16Mn钢获得良好手强韧性配合,文中还对16Mn钢轧后控冷所产生的贝氏体组织进行了分析。

Abstract:The bainite microstructures and properties of 16Mn steel were investigated in the case of controlled rolling and cooling processes. Test results have shown that, the micro-ferrite and granular bainite microstructures can be obtained by proper cooling technique, which make the steel have a better strength and toughness. besides, the bainite microstructures obtained by controlled rolling processes were analysised
