| 摘 要： | 简单介绍了可编程控制器的功能特点及绝缘耐压人工测试中存在的问题,提出了一种利用可编程控制器来实现自动测试的系统改造方案.生产运行表明,该改造系统工作可靠,可以提高电视机的生产质量,为企业带来可观的经济效益.

Automated Reconstruction and Realization of TV Insulation and Voltage Resistance Test System |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the functions of Programmable Logic Controller and some problems in insulation and voltage resistance test, and then it presents a system reconstruction project. The results of application show that the system gains a good economic profit after operation. |
