电极糊在铁合金电炉上的焙烧机理及特种糊的质量特性

摘    要:利用标准糊和特种糊进行实验室和工业生产性对比试验,探讨电极糊的焙烧机理,得出实验室与工业生产在焙烧机理上的共性与不同,以及特种糊与标准糊的区别和特种糊的应用特性,根据其特性提出减少电极事故的有效措施,强调焙烧过程的控制对减少电极事故的重要意义。

Abstract:To use standard paste and special paste to perform a laboratory and industrial production comparative test. Through the discussion of roasting mechanism of electrode paste, came to the conclusion that the commonness and difference on roasting mechanism of laboratory and industrial production, the distinction between special paste and standard paste, and the application properties of special paste. According to these characteristics, proposed some effective measures of reducing electrode accident, emphasized that the control of roasting process has great significance for reducing electrode accident.
