丁烯催化裂解制取丙烯及乙烯的研究

摘    要:探索了丁烯催化转化为丙烯、乙烯的反应特点。通过对正丁烯和异丁烯催化裂解反应结果的考察,发现丁烯主要通过二聚,再通过裂解反应生成丙烯和乙烯。丁烯转化主要在分子筛孔内进行,高硅中孔分子筛特殊的孔道结构和较低的酸密度,不利于氢转移反应而有利于将丁烯高选择性地转化为丙烯等目的产品。

Abstract:The reaction features of the catalytic conversion of butylenes to propylene and ethylene were investigated. Through the catalytic cracking reaction results of 1-butylene and iso-butylene, it was found that ethylene and propylene were formed by two reaction steps, dimerization of butylenes and followed by cracking. The reactions of butylenes mainly took place in the pores of the zeolite, and the meso-pore zeolite with high Si/Al ratio could suppress the hydrogen transfer reaction due to its special pore structure and low acid density, and improve the yield and selectivity of propylene.
