超细复合水泥及其混凝土性能的研究

摘    要:研究了超细复合水泥M的物理、化学性能及其与混凝土外加剂的适应性,用SEM,XRD,DTA对该水泥的水沦产物和微观结构进行了分析,试验表明,该水泥不仅具有早期强度高、强度发展正常、耐磨性好等优点,而且与萘系和氨基磺酸盐系高效减水剂有良好的适应性,可在商品混凝土和高强混凝土中应用,该水泥的比表面积较高,需水量稍大。

Abstract:Physical and chemical properties of ultra fine composite cement M and its compatibility with superplasticizer were studied. The hydration products and microstructure were studied by using SEM, XRD, DTA. Test results show that the cement M has high early strength, normal strength development and good abrasion resistance. It also has good compatibility with naphthalene or amino sulphonate series superplasticizer, and can be used for making ready mix concrete and high strength concrete. Its main shortcoming is higher water demand due to the higher specific surface areas.
