| Abstract: | This paper has studied liquid die forging of taper-rod parts of aluminum alloy, which were originally casted in metal mould, and the defects such as blowhole and pin- holes were existed in casting. Thus we have designed the die of liquid die forging, selected main techological parameters, improved the quality of products and reduced the costs. |
