| 摘 要： | 针对宝钢2050热轧粗轧机组的特点,建立了粗轧系统仿真结构。对粗轧仿真系统中的关键环节轧机设备系统进行了建模与仿真研究。采用实际现场生产数据对仿真系统进行验证,结果证明仿真系统具有较高的精度。该仿真系统的研究将为宝钢热轧过程控制领域的研究提供强有力的支持,将大大减少宝钢热轧科研成果到现场应用间的实验风险。

| Abstract: | The structure of rough rolling simulation system was established based on the Baosteel 2050 rolling mill. The equipment models,key part of rough mill simulation system,were studied and simulated in the paper.The simulation system testing by actual production data,show the system has perfect accuracy.The simulation system will provide support to process control research in Baostell hot mill,and will greatly reduce the experiments risk during research conclusions applying to production fields. |
