PS-Ⅵ催化剂在重整装置扩能改造中的应用

摘    要:分析了中国石化股份有限公司天津分公司连续重整装置由0.6Mt/a扩能改造为0.8Mt/a面临的主要技术难题。在原料质量较改造前差,反应系统、再生系统、循环氢压缩机未进行改造的情况下,通过采用低积炭速率PS Ⅵ催化剂,适当降低生成油RON,以及对塔、加热炉等进行适当的改造,满足了重整装置0.8Mt/a的处理要求。标定结果表明,重整产品液体收率、重整生成油辛烷值、纯氢产率、芳烃产率及总转化率均达到改造要求。

Abstract:The main technical problems during the capacity expansion of a 0.6Mt/a CCR unit to 0.8Mt/a in SINOPEC Tianjin Company were discussed.Since the reaction system,regeneration system and recycle hydrogen compressor kept unchanged,the revamping was mainly dealt with fractionation towers,furnaces and heat exchanger system.The running results after revamping showed that by proper adjusting the reformate octane number and applying low coke rate PS Ⅵ CCR catalyst,the total conversion,the yields of reformate,hydrogen and aromatics,as well as the octane number of reformate all met the requirements of capacity expansion perfectly despite of worse feedstock quality.
