超高密度光存储技术的进展

摘    要:本文介绍了光存储领域的现状及进展.目前,超高密度光存储技术主要包括三维体存储和近场光学存储.本文重点阐述了近场光学存储的原理,总结了几种近场光学存储系统的研究进展,分析了各种方法的优势以及存在的问题.最后展望了超高密度光存储技术的发展趋势.

Abstract:The present state of arts of the optical storage were introduced.Nowadays,ultra-high density optical storage technology includes two aspects: threedimension optical storage and near-field optical storage.In this article,the principle of near-field optical storage was introduced in detail,its advantages and problems were analyzed.At the end,the development trend of ultra-high density optical storage was prospected.
