摘    要: 本文采用磁回旋共振质谱(FTICR MS)法对几种加氢VGO原料油中硫化物的类型进行了表征,结果表明,二苯并噻吩类和萘苯并噻吩类硫化物含量最高,其次是苯并噻吩类硫化物,而噻吩类硫化物的含量很低。在此基础上,实验采用正十六烷为模型化合物,分别掺加一定量的苯并噻吩和二苯并噻吩,在轻油微反装置上考察了这两种硫化物的转化性能,结果表明,苯并噻吩或二苯并噻吩主要发生缩合反应和烷基化反应,将硫转移到焦炭中和生成分子量更大的烷基化苯并噻吩或烷基化二苯并噻吩。

Abstract:The distribution of sulfur compounds in hydrotreated vacuum gas oil (HVGO) were analyzed by FTICR MS methods. The results showed that the sulfur compounds content in HVGO was in the order of dibenzothiophene species (DBTs) > naphbenzothiophene species (NBTs) > benzothiophene species (BTs). However, the content of thiophene species was very low. On this base, the cracking performances of sulfur compounds were investigated by using sulfur-containing model compounds (benzothiophene, dibenzothiophene). The results indicated that benzothiophene or dibenzothiophene was mainly underwent condensation reaction to produce S in coke and alkylation reaction to produce alkylbenzothiophene or alkyldibenzothiophene. Moreover, the former reaction is more easily than the later.
