| 摘 要： | 对重型车后桥齿轮油的性能特点及其应用情况进行了介绍。研制油通过了CRCL-37、L-42、L-33、L-60-1全尺寸齿轮油台架及东风汽车公司的GL-5^＋后桥台架，并且通过了一汽、东风汽车公司的10×10^4km道路试验。相对于GL-5油，该油品具有更优良的防锈防腐性能、热氧化稳定性、极压抗磨性、抗磨耐久性及与密封材料的良好配伍性。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and application of 80W/90 gear oil for driving axle on heavy - duty automobile were introduced. The developed oil passed the full - size bench testes of CRC L - 37, L - 42, L - 33, L - 60 - 1 and the GL - 5^＋ bench test fulfilled by Dongfeng Automobile Co. Ltd. Meanwhile, the oil also passed the hundred thousand kilometers road test performed by Dongfeng Automobile Co. Ltd and FAW Automobile Co. Ltd. Compared with GL - 5 gear oil, the formulated oil exhibits much better properties, namely anfirust ＆ anticorrosion properties, thermal oxidation stability, EP ＆ AW properties, antiwear durability as well as seal compatibility. |
