电炉烟气余热回收技术探讨与改造效果分析

摘    要:针对电炉高温烟气余热含尘、波动特点,提出辐射水冷沉降除尘与对流换热相结合的余热锅炉技术方案,同时采用蓄热技术有效减缓电炉烟气波动对余热蒸汽回收稳定性的影响。分析表明,通过电炉余热回收技术方案的实施可产生良好的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:The study developed a new cooling method which included radiation cooling subsidence and convective heat transfer while implementing the heat storage technology to increase the stability of heat recycling from the steam despite the fluctuation of fume flow .The analysis result indicates that the im-plementation of this new technology can produce good economic and social benefits .
