| Abstract: | A new and practical three dimension measurement system names Cross Optical Axis Projector Grating System(COAPGS) is proposed in the paper.The constitution of the system is simple and its operation is convenient.The phase measuring principle of the system,the relations between object contour and the required phase are described in detail.The practical measured results based on the system are given in the end. |
