摘    要:提出了一种实用化的三维测量系统-交叉光轴投影光栅系统。该系统结构简单,方便实用。本文中详细论述了该系统的相位测量原理、物体面形与所求相位之间的关系。

Abstract:A new and practical three dimension measurement system names Cross Optical Axis Projector Grating System(COAPGS) is proposed in the paper.The constitution of the system is simple and its operation is convenient.The phase measuring principle of the system,the relations between object contour and the required phase are described in detail.The practical measured results based on the system are given in the end.
