摘    要:铲齿是一种常用的工程机械零件,该零件结构复杂,成形困难.联合锻造是有效地解决这类零件成形困难的方法.介绍了联合锻造成形工艺的特点,结合实际生产条件,以标准齿工件为例,采用联合模锻工艺,成功地解决了该零件模锻生产中出现的工艺缺陷.此类零件成形过程容易出现折叠和充不满,通过设计合理的预制坯,解决了变形时坯料的分配;用分步变形来控制冲孔变形量,避免了方口边缘充填不足和内腔折叠缺陷的产生,保证了复杂孔型的最终成形,实现了批量生产的目标.

Abstract:Shovel tooth is a general part of engineering machine and it is very difficult to be forged because the part shape is complicated.But it can be solved effectively by a combined forging method.The special feature of combined forging process was introduced,and then taking the standard tooth workpiece as an example,combined with the production practice and using the combined forging process,the process limitation of forging the shovel tooth was solved.During the forming process,the workpiece was easy come into disadvantages of folding and unfilling.Its detail methods are as follows: first,it solved the material distribution of the part by reasonable design of preformed part shape,second,it overcome the fold and no efficient fill by increment forming method and finally the complicated shaped shovel tooth was forged successfully by the combined forging.Thus,the objective of volume production was implemented.
