串联型感应加热电源的自动负载匹配技术

摘    要:分析了串联型固态高频感应加热电源的工作原理,阐述了脉宽移相自动负载匹配技术的工作原理和实现方法.采用该匹配技术可以使高频感应加热电源一直保持网侧的高功率因数、低谐波、高效率,从而提高固态高频感应加热电源对负载变化的适应能力.

Abstract:The operation principle of high frequency solid-state induction heating power supply is analyzed,and the principle and realization of auto-load-matching based on phase-shift(PS)and pulse-width-modulation(PWM)technique are studied detailedly.The auto-load-matching technique can make the high frequency solid-state induction heating power supply to keep the high power factor,high efficiency,low harmonics and high adaptive capacity with load changing.
