基于C8051F020的液压综合采集系统设计

摘    要:为了对液压设备中的速率、压力、流量等参数进行在线检测,我们自行设计了一套液压工程综合采集系统。本系统采用新型单片机C8051F020进行数据的多通道采集和A/D转换,并输出到大屏幕LCD彩色液晶进行数据、曲线、直方图等显示;同时通过RS-485通讯把数据送到上位机,从而实现了对液压设备的远程实时监测。

Abstract:A integration collection system of hydraulic engineering system is developed in order to check on line the parameters such as velocity, pressure, flow-detecting and so on in hydraulic facilities. In this system, single-chip microcomputer is adopted not only to realize multi-channel collection and A/D conversion but also to display the datas, curve, and block diagram etc on the LCD. At the same time, the datas are sent to host-computer through serial port communication RS-485. The distance real-time monitor to hydraulic facilities is realized.
