摘    要:向铜箔漂洗废水中加入一种复合沉淀剂,能将废水中的阴离子(SO24-、AsO33-、AsO34-)、阳离子(Cu2+、Cr3+、Zn2+)同时沉淀出来。沉淀后滤液呈中性,电导率由原来的720μs/cm降低到50μs/cm以下,其他指标均符合回收水标准。

Treatment of Wastewater From Copper Foil Manufacturing by Precipitation

Abstract:Adding a kind of composite precipitant into the wastewater from copper foil manufacturing, the anions ( SO4^2-,AsO3^3-, AsO4^3- )and cations (Cu^2+ ,Cr^3+ ,Zn^2+ ) in wastewater were precipitated at the same time. The experiment results show that the filtrate is neutrality, and its conductivity is dropped from 720 μs/cm to 50μs/cm. The other indexes accords with standards which the discharge water may be reclaimed.
