运输包装件振动特性的计算机仿真

摘    要:应用有限元法对计算机主机在运输过程中的振动特性进行了计算机仿真。首先利用Pro/E建立几何模型,然后基于ANSYS进行有限元动力分析,求出了包装件的固有频率与固有振型,以及频域/时域的动态响应。

Abstract:In this paper, simulation technology based on FEM is applied to simulate and analyze thevibrations of computer's mainframe in the transportation environment. Firstly the author uses Pro/E to itssolid modeling, then the different analysis are carried out to get natural frequencies and modes of theelectronic product with cushioning under investigation, as well as the harmonic responses and transientresponses are obtained, through FEM analysis software-ANSYS. The method this paper has presented cansimulate the vibration characteristics of product/package system. Not only Lots of financial and materialresources will be saved and it can shorten the design period, but also the results obtained provide basis forsound product/package design of electronic product.
